Blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine makes an 18-days fermentation and maceration in steel followed by an aging of 12 months in French oak barrels and further 3 months in bottle. Purple in appearance, it exhibits a bouquet redolent of wild berry preserves, lifted by smooth notes of spices. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced and delicious, with supple, soft tannins.

Ideal pairing with ravioli with meat ragout, braised duck breast, grilled lamb chops.
